Amy has utilized her detail-oriented perspective and commitment to excellence in customer service in a variety of ways. She serves as the office manager of Pinnacle Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine and is dedicated to each patient receiving wonderful care. She has worked previously in customer service for many years, office management, and the insurance field. She understands how challenging it can be for patients to navigate their insurance plan and is willing to help them whenever necessary to accommodate their needs. She assists in scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, front desk duties, advertising, and office management tasks. Amy loves greeting and engaging with each new patient at Pinnacle Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine. Amy enjoys reading, writing, volunteering, watching her children’s sports events, and taking care of her four, furry animals in her spare time.
